"Nep told me they made cupcakes in her Life Skills class today. She brought enough for all of us." Jade was grinning as she pulled into the parking lot of the junior high. Rose smiled and nodded. "That sounds very nice."

"That's nice of her"

Jade pulled up to the curb to wait for her girlfriend. "She's super excited to get to see you two."

Tavros smiled

Nepeta was smiling and skipping as she approached the car. Rose quietly got out, joining Tavros in the back. The younger girl giggled as she got into the car. Jade smiled as she leaned over to kiss her girlfriend.

"Hi Nepeta" Tavros smiled

Nepeta giggled and grinned, eagerly returning the kiss. She turned to Tavros when Jade leaned away to drive again. "Hi Tavros!"

"how was class today?"

Nepeta shrugged and started swinging her feet. "Boring."

"it gets better" Tavros smiled

Nepeta shrugged as she started to swing her foot. "If you say so."

"At least you still get fun classes" Tavros pointed out

Nepeta stuck her tongue out. "None of my classes are fun."

"Don't you have home ec?"

"It's called Life Skills now. It's boring too." Nepeta was getting her homework out. "We hardly do anything fun."

"You don't cook?" Tavros asked

"We don't cook much. A lot of the kids in my class don't behave. We do a lot of boring worksheets."

"Oh, I'm sorry to hear that" Tavros frowned

Nepeta giggled. "Jade always takes me out to do fun stuff though."

"I bet" Tavros grinned

Rose was silent as she stared out the window. Jade reached over to pet Nepeta's head. "We have to take Rosie home first. We're going to my house afterwards."

"Remind me to call Rufioh when we get there" Tavros smiled

Jade nodded as she put her hand back on the steerin wheel. "What's he doing today anyway?"

"He did have something to do for school, I know that much. Other than that I'm not really sure, he just said he was going to be busy for a little while" Tavros replied

Nepeta giggled, turning in her seat to look at Tavros. "Is he gonna ask Kankri on a date today?"
Rose silently raised a brow at her. Jade laughed as she stopped at a red light. "What makes you say that kitten?"
Nepeta grinned at her. "Rufioh likes Kankri. I know he does. I can just tell."
