Jeff held the brownie pan out to the older gentleman. "Sorry, Jojo had to go home. I cam over to apologize for Dick's behavior and how he treated Jake. He was a complete asshole last night and that was totally unacceptable. Please don't be mad at all of us just because of him."

Jeff shrugged at the older man. "I figured someone needed to apologize. Lord knows Dick isn't going to. Is your grandkid okay? Poor kid seemed pretty stressed out."

Jeff sighed, rubbing the back of his neck. "I can reimburse you for the hospital bill. It might take awhile though...."

"Don't bother. My insurance covers it entirely." Josh replied "Besides, money isn't an issue for us, it wouldn't have mattered in the slightest if I had had to cover it out of pocket."
