Unspoken Attraction (Dave/Karkat)

Dave kissed Karkat's forehead, muttering comforting words in his ear, hoping to settle the troll's nerves so he could set him back down.

Tavros's face heated up as soon as Bro mentioned that last bit, his eyes darting away from Dave and Karkat bashfully. "O-oh, gosh, why's it gotta be me?" Tavros tittered nervously in Bro's ear, his teasing confidence dashed out once again by his timidness towards explaining sexual behavior. Sure, everyone went to him when they wanted to know about troll reproduction since he seemed to be the only troll who explained it in a conventional sense, but that didn't mean he was ever comfortable with doing it.

Karkat cooed happily, purring as he relaxed in Dave's arms. He still refused to let go though.

"Because I can't do it. If I try, I'll get to thinking about you laid out all pretty on the futon, your legs spread so I can see your nook, dripping in anticipation for my cock." Bro murmured in Tavros's ear. "Or if I start with the bulge, I'll see you with that predatory grin, on your knees with the bucket in front of you as your bulge twines around your fingers, waiting to ride my ass into the mattress." Tavros nodded, too caught up with the vivid imagery Bro presented to him to provide a viable counter argument so that he wouldn't be stuck with teaching, "Troll Sexology 101." "Okay-okay stop, b-before you make me have another round with you."

He glanced back at Dave and Karkat, addressing them at normal volume, "Alright, um, do you guys want anything specific on your chili dogs or, uh, is just chili and, um, a dog, okay with you two?"

"Oh my god, will you just go already?" Dave groaned, eyeing Tavros over the top of Karkat's head. "All the decent hot dog places are going to close if you don't get a move on."

"Dude, Tavbro only eats Sonic's chili dogs because they are boss, and sonic's is open all night." Bro replied. "So fuck you, we'll just get whatever the fuck we want and you'll have to deal with it. Now go give that troll a shower and stfu"

Karkat turned his head enough to peek at them as Bro led Tavros away.

"Tightwad," Dave muttered with a smirk, turning towards his room and shifting Karkat's weight to one arm and a hoisted knee, wobbling slightly as he turned the knob and opened the door. "Okay," he chuckled, leaning back enough to look Karkat in the eye. "At least get down so I can find some clothes for you to wear when you get in the shower. Not that I mind carrying you, just that it's a bit of a task with you attached to me like this."

Karkat pouted, but let go and dropped to his feet. He crawled up onto Dave's bed, flopping down and pulling Dave's pillow to his chest, inhaling his scent deeply with a purr.

Dave watched Karkat, scratching the back of his head in befuddlement to the troll's behavior. Trolls were just plain goofy little critters. Pinch a horn and they get knocked out. Rub it and they get turned on. Pick them up and they won't want to get down. Let them down anyway and they snort your pillow cases and purr like kittens. Or at least this one did. Maybe he just liked the smell of their fabric softener?

He shrugged the odd behavior off as he opened a drawer and got out a clean pair of boxers along with an over-sized t-shirt labeled, "Got crabs?" on the front with, "Joe's Crabshack," printed on the back. It was an incredibly tacky shirt, so of course it was a must-have in the Strider household.

He turned and presented them to the troll, smirking at him. "So what do you think? Have I got good taste, or have I got good taste? I should be a fashion designer, this outfit is going to look fabulous as fuck on you."

Karkat nodded a little at the shirt. It was tacky as all hell, but he figured Dave was trying to be cute. That and he wasn't about to pass up wearing Dave's clothes, but he wasn't going to be able to wear Dave's boxers. Though it shamed him greatly to admit it, he was too little to wear adult pants or underwear. He wore a large in little boys.

He pointed at the boxers and sighed 'too big' before sitting up, still hugging Dave's pillow to his chest.

Dave looked at the boxers, holding them up and examining them. Now that he thought about it, Karkat's hips were pretty small, and the elastic was very stretched out on this pair. He smiled to himself when a solution came to mind and he started digging into his panty compartment on the bottom drawer, extracting the smallest panties he could find and holding it up for Karkat to see.

This was the first pair he had ever gotten and he had worn them as a joke in front of John, bending over a whole lot to show off the white lace along the rim and shaking his ass in Egderp's face just to weird him out. Yeah, it was a pretty odd Sweet Sixteen all around. If Karkat didn't want to wear them, he didn't have to. Hell, Dave was half joking offering them to Karkat, but if he wanted to wear them, well, Karkat could help himself to all the panties he kept in that drawer.

Karkat tilted his head, examining the panties with wide eyes. He looked up at Dave, a little hesitantly before signing 'Do you want me to' tilting his head to the other side questioningly.

It took a moment for Dave to interpret what Karkat signed, but when he did, he nodded with a big grin. "I'd like that a lot, but if you're not comfortable with it, that's cool too. I'm sure I've got a smaller pair of boxers in here somewhere."

Karkat nodded, more to himself than to Dave. He scoot to the edge of the bed, setting the pillow aside. 'Can I try them on to see if they fit' he signed, tilting his head questioningly. They looked like they may fit, but if Dave could wear them, they might be a bit big, considering the size difference between them.

Dave tossed Karkat the panties, turning around to give the troll some privacy to change into them. He folded the t-shirt and draped it over an arm, looking over at the door as he waited for Karkat to finish trying on the panties. "If they don't fit, I'm sure I've got some shorts from when I was little that you could probably fit into."

After triple checking that Dave wasn't peeking, Karkat slipped his pants and boxers to the floor, stepping into the panties and sliding them up his legs. The elastic did its job well, clinging to his hips and keeping them up. They were loose over his butt, John always jokingly told him he had the ass of preteened girl -virtually nonexistant but still there, and they were a little baggy because they were still on the big side, but they fit and they weren't uncomfortable.

Karkat turned and almost shyly tugged Dave's sleeve to get his attention.

When Dave turned around again and saw Karkat, he gave him a hum of approval, pulling the troll against him and kissing his forehead. "You look good," he muttered, nibbling the point of his ear. His hands descended to hold a butt cheek in each hand, squeezing as he growled into his ear, "Really good. Now go hop in the shower."

Karkat let out a squeak, hiding his face in Dave's chest and clutching his shirt. He liked the feel of Dave's hands on his bottom, but he really didn't want to be away from Dave just yet.
