There weren't many people at the park, mostly just a group of teenagers and young men playing football in the grassy space,

Dirk was pouting as he watched everyone from a swing. Maybe he'd got John to date him. Nah, that was a dumb idea. The person who would lose their shit the most was Dave. He wanted to piss off Jeff and Jake, not his twin. Dirk sighed as he got up. Might as well head back home.

"HEADS UP!" a guy yelled as the football came soaring in Dirk's direction. "LEARN TO FUCKING THROW YOU GOD DAMN MORONS!"

Dirk let out an embarrassing squeak as a football hit the side of his face. His was growling and cursing as he hit the ground.

The guy that had been yelling jogged over. "Son of a bitch, are you okay? Do I need to fucking kick someone's ass?" he asked, leaning over Dirk.

Dirk was going to ham it up. He deserved some attention and sympathy. He groaned and pressed his palm to the left side of his face. "My cheek is on fire."

The guy sighed and helped Dirk up. "Let me see" he murmured. He gently pulled Dirk's hand away and looked at it. "Hm. This might bruise. I'm sorry. Why don't I take you over and get you a cup of ice. Maybe some lunch, ta make it up to you"

Dirk huffed in annoyance. "You bruised my beautiful face. Way to go. It had better be a good lunch."

The man chuckled. "And you're not full of yourself at all. Let's get that beautiful face of yours a good lunch. What kind of food do you like?"

Dirk huffed again. "This beautiful face would like some Thai food. And it had better be good too. None of that cheap shit."

"As the Princess wishes" the man smirked. He picked the ball up and threw it back at the group. "I'M LEAVING YOU FUCKING LOSERS!" he yelled before turning back to Dirk. "I'm Calib. Calib English."

Dirk had to stop himself from smirking. Wonderful. Who better to make Jake jealous than one of his relatives. "English? Any relations to Jake English?"

"Nobody in my family named Jake" Calib replied easily. "You seem too pretty to be a Jake. So what is it, Princess?"

Dirk could feel himself frowning now. At least this guy was hot. He could probably still make Jake jealous. "Good. Jake English is a selfish bastard. I'm Dirk."

"Fancy name" Calib winked. "Fitting for you, princess" He offered his arm. "shall I lead the princess to my carriage?"

Dirk felt like he should be mad or insulted. Oddly enough was wasn't feeling either of those. He felt...happier? Somewhat tickled pink? This Calib guy seemed nice enough. Dirk lightly grabbed his extended arm. "Lead away princey."

"Oh I am far from a prince" Calib chuckled, leading the way to his cherry red pick up truck. "Trust me on that one."

Dirk winked at him. "You're as handsome as one."

"Not all rouges are rougish." Calib grinned. He opened the door for Dirk.

Dirk got in, grinning at him. "You're quite the charmer."

"Do you want to consider this our first date then?" Calib winked again.

Dirk nodded. "Maybe I do. Why should I?"

"Because I just might decide to spoil you more rotten then you already are."

Now that sounded like a pretty good deal. Dirk definetly deserved the attention and being spoiled by someone. "How so?"

"Well, I'm taking you out to eat now. I could absolutely pamper you if I chose to. I'm fucking loaded."
