Jade hummed as she went into the house. "Do you think you can get Uncle Robert to say something? Grandpa will listen to him."

John grabbed a box and followed. "Yeah, just tell Dad you're worried about Grandpa"

Jade hummed again. "I think I will. Will you help me?"

"Talk to my dad? Sure. I mean, you really don't need any help, if you just say you're worried about him cause his joints are acting up, Dad'll nag him about his cane on his own." John replied with a shrug

Jade shrugged slightly. "I don't want Grandpa to be mad at me. Or Jake."

"I doubt he's gonna get mad at you for being worried about him." John smiled

"He hates being treated like he is delicate."

"But like, the whole reason he has a cane is because he's getting old, not delicate" John stated

Jade shook her head. "Try telling him that." She took the box she was holding to her room, first on to the right on the second floor.

Jake was humming as he put together Jane's bed.

"Is this box yours or Jake's?" John asked

"Thank you for your help, I would have done it but its just too heavy for me" Jane admitted

"Light green tape is mine, dark green is Jake's stuff, and the few yellow one's we have are Grandpa's stuff." Jade put the box in her room. "Jake's room is across from mine. Just put Gramp's stuff outside my door. I'll deal with it."

Jake winked at Jane. "I'm always happy to help you."

"Uh, I don't think there's actually any tape on this box, the top is only folded closed" John admitted.

Jane giggled. "Shouldn't you go help John and Jade unpack your jeep?"

Jade let out a sigh. "It's one of Jake's boxes. Probably his toys. Half of his boxes aren't taped, just folded."

Jake shook his head. "I can help you out first."

"Toys?" John perked up. "Toy toys, action figures, guns, or the fun shit?" he asked, moving to take the box into Jake's room.

Jade moved to stand in the doorway of Jake's room. "The things he puts in his bum."

"The fun shit!" John chirped happily. "of course this box would be on top" he waggled his eyebrows as he came out

Jane smiled. "All I need help with is my bed, I promise"

Jade grinned at him. "You know how Jake is."

Jake nodded at her. "Alright. Won't be much longer."

"Makes me want to prank him" John admitted with a grin. "But the question is, how?"

Jade shook his head. "No sex pranks. That's a rule now, remember?"

Jake yawned after putting down Jane's mattress. "Done!"

"Wait, I thought it was no pranks during sex, I didn't know it extended to sex toys" John stated in surprise.

"Thank you" Jane smiled. "Now I can put my bedding on it and start setting up my room"

Jade sighed and shook her head. "No pranks involving sex in anyway. Gramps almost broke a leg. We're not dealing with that again."

Jake yawned as he sat on Jane's bed. "I need to sit. Just for a minute."

"Do you need me to get you anything?" Jane asked

"Oh right, I remember that" John blushed

Jake yawned again as he shook his head. "No but thank you Janie. I just need to sit for a moment."

Jade yawned before shaking her head. "Yeah. Pranks and sex do not mix well."

"I concede to your point" John replied

"It has been a long day" Jane hummed

Jake only hummed in reply.

"Just a few more boxes. Jake and I can move the rest in the morning."
