"Hardly, I had to move to the main land once I got custody of them" Josh replied.

Jeff looked over to the two siblings. "I assume those two adorable rascals are yours."

"They are. And they're about to take the loud one to the vet"

Jeff raised a brow. "That cat doesn't sound good. Must of got hurt pretty bad."

"Crushed paw. Might have broken it"

Tavros made an upset noise.

"Yikes...." Jeff turned back to Josh. "They gonna need a ride?"

"I'm not sure" Josh admitted. "We are very new to the area, as you have already found"

Jeff nodded at him. "Want me to drive him? There's a 24 hour emergency vet on the road I take to get to work."

"Jeff?" Another blonde appeared on the porch. He was only wearing short and basketball tank top, hair still messy from sleep. "What's going on? The front door was open and people are shouting."

"Just a small accident, chap" Josh supplied

Dave stood behind Jeff, peeking around him to look at Josh.

"Kids a bit shy around new people."

"Don't be shy chap" Josh smiled "I'm just a friend of yer pop's." He looked up at Jeff. "Didn't know you had a kid, spittin image of you"

Tavros looked at Dave over Jeff's shoulder. "Um, hi, I'm Tavros"

Jeff shook his head. "No kids. He's my baby bro. Our mom died the year after I graduated. Richard was too busy in Hollywood so Jojo and I raised him and Dirk. Cal helped too."

Dave shyly waved at him. "Hey. I'm Dave."

"I'm sorry to hear that, You still with that boy?" Josh asked

Tavros glanced at Jeff before looking back to Dave. "I, uh, fell out of my chair, so your brother carried me back while my dad gets my wheelchair, cause its broken"

Jeff nodded at the older man. "Yes. I'm still with him. He lives with us."

Dave nodded at him. "Okay."

Josh laughed. "Did he ever get that growth spurt? last I recall he was barely to my chest!"

"After my dad cleans up my face, want to sit outside with me?" Tavros asked

Jeff chuckled and shook his head. "Nope. Still as tiny as he was back then."

Dave nodded at him. "Alright." He looked over to Jade and Jake. "Is he going to be okay?"

Josh nodded before looking back to Jade and Jake. "Will the two of you be able to make it to the vet, or do you need some help?"

Boxcars came in, holding Tavros's chair, which was as folded up as well as it could be with the bent wheel.

Jade looked up to her grandpa. "I'm not sure. I don't think Jake's going to be able to drive. And he needs help staying calm."

"Do you need strider to take you?" Josh asked

Jade nodded at him. "I think so."

"Would you mind terribly, Jeff?" Josh asked

"Here, I can take him and get him cleaned up" Hearts offered Jeff, setting the chair off to the side of the door.

"Don't mind at all, Joshy." He handed Tavros over to Hearts. "Mind if the little man behind me hangs out here? Only Dirk is home right now and he gets antsy when I'm not home."

"I don't mind at all. In fact, invite Dirk over too. When the rest of your lot gets home, have them come over and I'll have Robbie and his brood join us for a grand old reunion! You remember little Janey don't you? She's all grown up now with a little brother of her own!"

Boxcars carried Tavros down the hall.

Jeff grinned at him. "Sounds like a plan. Jo went to pick up Dick from the airport. They should be back soon though. I'll call Dirk and see if he wants to come out to play."

"Dick is in town too?" Josh asked, a devilish smirk making itself a home on his face.
